I had a great stay at Melia! The location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions like Mudam and Philharmonia. The hotel is modern with spacious rooms and all the amenities I needed. Security is a little lax, which could be a concern. Hotel does not have a security entrance to the back, making it easily accessible to the public.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. The friendly staff ensure excellent service and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options.
The elevator service was limited during our stay, which caused delays and inconvenience for guests.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt pampered and taken care of. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the tram that takes you to all the main attractions. The room was top-notch, with all the amenities I needed - from the comfortable sitting area to the in-room safe. The staff were so attentive and helpful, offering room service and even arranging car hire for me. I loved the spa and wellness centre - so relaxing with the sauna and jacuzzi.
