I had a great stay at Melia! The location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions like Mudam and Philharmonia. The hotel is modern with spacious rooms and all the amenities I needed. The breakfast had a nice selection and the room service was excellent. the staff was efficient and friendly.

Security is a little lax, which could be a concern. Hotel does not have a security entrance to the back, making it easily accessible to the public.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt pampered and taken care of. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the tram that takes you to all the main attractions. The room was top-notch, with all the amenities I needed - from the comfortable sitting area to the in-room safe. The staff were so attentive and helpful, offering room service and even arranging car hire for me. I loved the spa and wellness centre - so relaxing with the sauna and jacuzzi. And the breakfast was incredible - I couldn't believe the selection on offer. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
